Kuna verer\u00f5hk v\u00f5ib \u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4eva jooksul k\u00f5ikuda, on oluline teada, et l\u00fchiajaline verer\u00f5hu t\u00f5us ei ole ohtlik, vaid on organismi normaalne ja vajalik reaktsioon. Siis on tegemist <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/arst.ee\/haigused-ja-seisundid\/hupertensioon-korgvererohutobi\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">k\u00f5rgverer\u00f5hut\u00f5ve ehk h\u00fcpertensiooniga<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. P\u00fcsivalt k\u00f5rge verer\u00f5hk on lisakoormus s\u00fcdamele, kahjustab veresooni ja kiirendab veresoonte lubjastumist ehk ateroskleroosi, olles seega suurimaks s\u00fcdameveresoonkonna haiguste riskifaktoriks. Eluohtlikult k\u00f5rge verer\u00f5hk v\u00f5ib viia insuldi v\u00f5i infarktini.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00e4helepanuta ei tohiks j\u00e4tta ka olukorda, kus alumine ehk diastoolne verer\u00f5hk on k\u00f5rge, isegi kui \u00fclemine on normi piires. See seisund v\u00f5ib viidata veresoonte j\u00e4ikuse v\u00f5i toonuse muutustele, mille p\u00f5hjuseks v\u00f5ivad olla krooniline stress, v\u00e4hene liikumine, \u00fclekaal, liigne soolatarbimine, suitsetamine v\u00f5i geneetiline eelsoodumus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enamikul juhtudel (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/tervise.geenius.ee\/blogi\/targa-patsiendi-blogi\/korge-vererohk-kuidas-ennetada-ja-kas-tablettravist-on-voimalik-ka-vabaneda\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">90\u201395%<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) on h\u00fcpertoonia p\u00e4rilik haigus. Seda nimetatakse primaarseks h\u00fcpertensiooniks. Sellel ei ole \u00fchte kindlat p\u00f5hjust, vaid see kujuneb aastatega mitme teguri koosm\u00f5jul \u2013 ennek\u00f5ike geneetiline eelsoodumus, aga ka vanusest tulenev veresoonte j\u00e4igastumine, liigne kehakaal, soolaga liialdamine ja v\u00e4hene liikumine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Umbes 10 protsenti patsiente haigestub h\u00fcpertooniasse m\u00f5ne teise haiguse tagaj\u00e4rjel. Nende alla kuuluvad n\u00e4iteks s\u00fcdame-, neeru- ja kilpn\u00e4\u00e4rme haigused. Sel juhul nimetatakse seda sekundaarseks h\u00fcpertensiooniks.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00f5rge verer\u00f5hk \u2013 levinud probleem<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/geneva.mfa.ee\/et\/maailma-terviseorganisatsioon\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">World Health Organization<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WHO<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) andmetel esines 2024. aastal \u00fclemaailmselt h\u00fcpertensiooni hinnanguliselt <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news-room\/fact-sheets\/detail\/hypertension\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1,4 miljardil t\u00e4iskasvanul<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> vanuses 30\u201379. See moodustab 33% selle vanuser\u00fchma elanikkonnast. Lisaks sellele arvatakse, et hinnanguliselt on veel 600 miljonit h\u00fcpertensiooniga t\u00e4iskasvanud, kes ei tea, et neil see haigus on.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2022. aastal n\u00e4itas kliiniline uuring, et <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/tervisekassa.ee\/uudised\/meeste-korge-vererohk\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eestis<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> olid 40\u201349-aastastest meestest v\u00e4hem kui pooltel verer\u00f5hun\u00e4itajad normis. Selle t\u00f5ttu nimetatakse k\u00f5rget verer\u00f5hku sageli &#8220;vaikseks tapjaks&#8221; \u2013 see ei p\u00f5hjusta m\u00e4rgatavaid s\u00fcmptomeid, kuid kahjustab aeglaselt s\u00fcdant, veresooni, neere ja teisi elundeid.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00f5rgenenud verer\u00f5hust v\u00f5ivad m\u00e4rku anda peavalud, pearinglus ja raskustunne rinnus. Kuid need <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/tervis.postimees.ee\/8089819\/3-sumptomit-mis-voivad-viidata-liiga-korgele-vererohule\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u00fcmptomid<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pole spetsiifilised ja ilmnevad tavaliselt alles siis, kui verer\u00f5hk on muutunud v\u00e4ga k\u00f5rgeks.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"7\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00f5rge verer\u00f5hk \u2013 ennetus ja ravi<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00f5ige t\u00f5husam viis h\u00fcpertensiooniga v\u00f5itlemiseks on <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/tervise.geenius.ee\/blogi\/targa-patsiendi-blogi\/korge-vererohk-kuidas-ennetada-ja-kas-tablettravist-on-voimalik-ka-vabaneda\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">probleemi ennetamine<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> enne selle tekkimist. Siin on elustiilil m\u00e4\u00e4rav roll.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regulaarne liikumine. Suitsetamine kahjustab otseselt veresooni ning on oluline riskitegur paljude haiguste tekkimisel ja v\u00e4ljakujunemisel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uni ja puhkus. Oluline on meeles pidada, et arsti m\u00e4\u00e4ratud raviskeemi tuleb t\u00e4pselt j\u00e4rgida ja ravi ei tohi kunagi omavoliliselt katkestada, isegi kui enesetunne paraneb.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"8\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Madal verer\u00f5hk ja selle p\u00f5hjused<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kuigi madalat verer\u00f5hku ehk h\u00fcpotensiooni peetakse v\u00e4hem ohtlikuks kui k\u00f5rget, v\u00f5ib see igap\u00e4evaelu siiski h\u00e4irida.
