See on Jumala loodud taastumise aeg, mis aitab meil p\u00fcsida tasakaalus, r\u00f5\u00f5msad ja vaimselt \u00e4rksad. Uni ei ole luksus ega n\u00f5rkus \u2014 see on osa terviklikust elust. Eelmises artiklis r\u00e4\u00e4kisime andestusest, mis on \u00fcks s\u00fcgavamaid vaimseid praktikaid. See vabastab meid sisemisest pingest ja loob ruumi rahule.
