We all know we should drink more water, but sometimes it can be hard. Here are some tips to help increase your water intake to ensure good health.

Create a routine for yourself

Make it a habit to drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up and before each meal. You can also drink a small amount of water before going to bed.
Set an alarm: Most of us are so busy with work or family that we just forget to drink water. Try setting an alarm on your phone to remind you to drink water. This will also help you take small breaks and allow you to recharge.

Fewer refills

By using a large water bottle, you won't have to refill it as often, making drinking convenient and easy throughout the day.
Eat your water: Did you know that food can also provide hydration? Many fruits and vegetables contain water, so by eating these foods you are providing your body with hydration.

    Replace the drink

If you are a soft drink consumer, replace the soft drink with a cup of water. If you are not used to drinking water, try flavoring your water first. For example, add herbs, cucumber or lemon to the water. NB! This is not a good idea from a dental point of view! This way, your teeth are constantly being attacked by acid.

Drinking more water has several benefits

Water helps maintain normal body temperature, lubricate and cushion joints, protect the spinal cord and other sensitive tissues, and helps flush waste products from the body. Try these tips to help you stay hydrated.
